From blower fan filter inspection/replacement, condensing coil inspection, capacitor installation, weighing freon, sealant/dye injection, indoor intake/exhaust temperature measurement, outdoor high side/low side pressure/temperature measurement. He has showed that to the house owner with detailed explanations. After he left, he even sent SMS to remind me to change air filter monthly to prolong my aging AC unit's life.
